Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

We charge an $8 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS. 

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes! All of Sunkissed by Simone's products are handmade and hand-poured to order. All orders are shipped from Philadelphia, PA.

What type of products do you use to make your candles?

All products are natural. We use a natural coconut soy wax blend which is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Coconut Soy wax has a stronger and longer burn time than some other waxes. It is noted for burning cleaner and holding on to scents better. All candles use high quality, vegan, phthalate-free fragrance and natural essential oils. We have tested countless samples to ensure that we only bring you only the best scents. We also use 100% cotton wicks.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Once you place your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. When your Sunkissed by Simone merchandise is shipped, you will receive a second email with UPS package tracking information. Please remember that all items are handmade. Orders can be expected to arrive 7-8 business days after placing your order.

Will my candle melt during shipment?

Sunkissed by Simone packages all candles and merchandise to protect them from weather and any possible damage during transit to you. However, in weather where temperatures are extremely high or low, we recommend minimizing the amount of time candles and other products remain outdoors. Due to changes in weather, wet spots may appear on candle. The science is relatively simple: wax expands when it heats up and contracts as it cools. The candle will still be just as amazing!

How big are your candles?

Our signature 10 oz candles fifills most small and medium size rooms. 

What is the estimated burn time for Sunkissed by Simone Candles?
4 oz: Approximately 15-20+ hours burn time per candle (size in our Spa Sets)
10 oz: Approximately 50-60+ hours burn time per candle

Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or accept returns this time. If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us with an image of the damaged product and we'll make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
